Please join PLF Practice Management Attorney Hong Dao and Oregon Judicial Department Assistant General Counsel L. Sam Dupree on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. for an informational webinar intended for first-time eFilers or any practitioners who may need a refresher course on Oregon eFiling.

This webinar will cover basic UTCR requirements, what happens when a filing is rejected, the reasons for rejection, and how to get relation back. Ms. Dao will provide tips to help practitioners avoid malpractice exposure related to eFiling. Mr. Dupree will discuss common eFiling issues and provide updates on UTCR changes.
