Oregon eCourt Offline and Court Closures

Oregon eCourt Offline and Court Closures

The Odyssey case management system for Oregon’s circuit courts and the Oregon Tax Court will be offline from Thursday, October 14, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. through Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 4:00 a.m. for a scheduled upgrade to the system. Online services that rely on Odyssey data, including the Oregon eCourt Case Information (OECI) system, will also be unavailable during that time. To accommodate this upgrade, Oregon’s circuit courts, the Oregon Tax Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court will be closed on Friday, October 15, 2021.

To avoid risking an untimely filing, the Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) strongly recommends that filers submit documents well before the system goes offline, allowing sufficient time beforehand for processing and review by the court.
