If you do not pay a PLF assessment because your principal office is not in Oregon or because you are not in private practice in Oregon, we ask that you limit your order to 5 programs. 

If necessary, add your shipping information or the primary and additional registrants for your CLE.  When you are done, click CONTINUE at the bottom of the page. We require a street address for shipping purposes.
