This seminar focuses on recent research that supports the need to increase lawyer well-being and identifies barriers to receiving help; understanding the link between competence and self-care as well as increasing your own well-being in the legal profession. Also discussed will be the how and where to ask for help for yourself, a colleague, family member, or other person you are concerned about.
