Oregon Courts

The Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) home page has updated information at the top of its homepage about statewide policy changes to the court system in response to COVID-19. These policies apply to the Oregon Supreme Court, Oregon Court of Appeals, Oregon Tax Court, and the circuit courts in every Oregon county.

    1. Oregon Supreme Court and Appellate Courts. Go to the Oregon Appellate Courts website where you will find additional updates about the Oregon Supreme Court and Appellate Courts at the top of the home page.

    2. Oregon Tax Court. Go to their website where you will find additional updates at the top of the home page.

    3. Oregon Circuit Courts. Go to each particular circuit court’s website, as they may have more policies and requests in addition to those set forth by Chief Justice Martha Walters. You can find each circuit court’s official website on the OJD homepage. Simply scroll down the OJD home page, and you’ll find the links to each circuit court:

Note: Circuit court pages are not all updated at the same rate. If you do not see an expected notice, or if you have questions whether the information shown on the webpage is current, please contact the administrator for that court.
