Friday is a day to focus on emotional well-being. One of the ways we can foster positive emotions is by spending time appreciating or savoring positive experiences. When we do that with other people, we greatly enhance the benefits we get from the practice. Another exercise is to focus on self-compassion and showing ourselves the same grace we’d extend to a dear friend.
