The PLF is pleased to announce that Alexandra Hilsher (Eugene) and Michelle Johansson (Portland) have been appointed as new board members effective January 1, 2022. Ms. Hilsher’s and Ms. Johansson’s terms will conclude at the end of 2026.

Starting February 1, 2022, filers are now able to electronically submit fee waiver and deferral applications to Oregon’s circuit courts and the Oregon Tax Court through File & Serve. Chief Justice Order 21-051 amends UTCR 21.050 and 21.070 to permit electronic submission of these filings.

If you have received an emailed hearing notice from an Oregon circuit court or the Oregon Tax Court since Monday, October 18, 2021, please double-check the time of the hearing.
